To produce these CNC Machined Parts, we use the world class CNC machine brands like DMGMORI and Doosan. We have the ESPRIT CAM SOFTWARE which enables us to make program of any parts having complex operations.

We have all the necessary inspection equipments which are calibrated from time to time. The CMM and SPECTRO testing wherever necessary is get done from outside source.

• Before going for production, the procured material is checked and tested to check whether it is as per requirement.

• Final dimensional and visual inspection is thoroughly done as per drawing.
